Payment options for Ontario customers
Paying your premiums should be straightforward. At Navacord, we’re committed to making your insurance experience as seamless as possible, starting with clear and convenient payment options.
Online bank payment
Add “NAVACORD INSURANCE SERVICES ON” as a bill payee. Enter your 9- or 10-digit account number exactly as shown on your invoice/statement, without dashes or special characters.

To pay your insurance premium by credit card please click here and follow the instructions.
E-transfer
Send payment to ON.payments@navacord.com. Navacord uses Autodeposit, so no security question or password is required. In the message or notes field, include your customer number, policy number or invoice number so your payment can be applied correctly.
Cheque by mail
Cheque payable to Navacord Insurance Services Ontario. Mail to: P.O. Box 369, Essex, ON N8M 2Y4.
Monthly finance plan
Contact your Navacord ON broker to arrange automatic monthly bank account or credit card withdrawals.
Direct bill payment
Use this option if your insurance carrier bills you directly. Refer to the insurance carrier payment portals section below for more information.

If you’ve received an invoice from your insurance company, you can pay your insurance premiums directly on their website. Please select the insurance provider to be directed to their payment pages. If the provider is not listed here, please refer to the invoice provided by your insurance company for payment information.
